Last year I had the honour of riding with the Heavy Metal Truants on their third annual ride, and with your help I raised over £1,300. This year I have been allowed back and with your help I'm looking to beat that and raise £1,500.

It's a two and a half day, 164 mile cycle from Hammersmith to Donnington for Download 2016 to raise money for Nordoff Robbins Childline and Teenage Cancer Trust.

I set off on the 8th June so in the mean time, dig out your purses and wallets to help me help these worthy charities! I'd love it if you could support me in any way you can - no matter how small - although the bigger the better!
