Steph and Katie will be joining a team from 16 Hospitality by lacing up their running shoes and undertaking the Chester Half Marathon on Sunday 15th May 2016.

The team is running on behalf of Home-Start UK. The charity helps families who are reaching breaking point because of isolation, bereavement, illness, poverty and other challenging issues.

Children can miss out on the most important years of their life because of family crisis, but with the support of Home-Start UK, they are able to live their life to the fullest.

Home-Start UK is a fantastic cause and very close to the hearts of both the 16 Hospitality team and company supporter, Alex Timpson, who sadly passed away earlier this year. Mrs Timpson, a lifelong campaigner on children's issues, found her true calling not only as a mother to the children in her care - providing a loving home to adopted, biological and fostered children - but as an adviser to fellow foster parents and a source of support to families whose children had been restored to them after a spell in temporary care.

Whether you can spare £1 or £100 any donation would be greatly appreciate by Katie, Steph and all of the 16 Hospitality team. See you at the finish line!
