The Prince's Trust is celebrating it's 40th Anniversary this year and helps young people aged 13 to 30 get into jobs, education and training.
Some of you are aware that since being rushed to hospital in May 2013, I have found it a struggle to get back into fitness (even my beloved sport of cycling has failed to date), so I have set myself a challenge of being able to join colleagues in cycling 100km (62.4 miles) through the Essex countryside (starting and finishing from the Lee Valley Velo Park (aka the Olympic velodrome) on Friday 9th September.
