We support research at St Mark's Hospital to drive clinical improvements for patients

Story

I vivdly remember the moment when my dad Paul, called me and said that he had bowel cancer. Those are words that nobody ever wants to hear. I clearly recall all of the scenarios that went though my mind, the worries and fears. If it was not for St Mark's these fears could have beome reality.

Whilst at St Marks dad met several young people affected by various bowel diseases such as Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis. I have two friends who are affeted by these diseases and know first hand the life limiting impact that they have. This ride will enable me to support St Mark's for all the great work and research that they do.

So please wish me luck and sponsor me as much as you can. I am dreading the hills, rain, traffic and the fact that I will have to wear a T-shirt with a picture of a colon on it for four days!
