Suffice to say we all sort of wanted to get fit and doing Tough Mudder gave us a goal to aim towards. Having a team of people that we work with is hopefully going to give us the motivation we need to keep at the exercise routines and drag ourselves to the gym when we really dont want to.

 Then we decided that it would be pretty cool if a charitable organisation could benefit from our desire to get healthy.

The next decision was what charity we should support. Last year a close colleague of ours passed away suddenly. It was a huge shock to everyone and so in his memory we decided that we would donate to RNLI as this organisation was close to his heart.
