The 'fat lad at the back' who until 5 weeks ago has not been on a bike for 32 years or so will be joining some 'real'  cyclists from the Waste sector in a bid to raise lots of money for Help for Hereos. There will be around 40 riders, 9 in the support team - all pushing to raise as much money as possible for their chosen charities.
