This is an incredible and genuinely tough and challenging cycling event. With your support, I'd like to equal or better my ride of 2 years ago, which was 12 ascents.  To illustrate - 11 is more than the equivalent of ascending from sea level to the top of Mont Blanc (4,800m), 13 covers sea level to the top of Kilimanjaro (5,895m). A lot will depend on the conditions on the day,  but you can be sure I'll be doing everything possible in response to your generosity.  All of the money goes to the charity, not to pay for the organisation of the event, so please contribute with confidence. 

As the event is not easy, only a small number of people attempt it (15 at the time of writing), so we are keen to raise as much as possible.
