I am training for the Run For All York 10K on Sunday 7th August 2016 to raise funds for Benenden Charitable Trust. I haven't done more than run for a bus in over 10 years, so I have quite a bit to do....

Benenden Charitable Trust provides grants to people struggling to make ends meet because of illness, disability and medical conditions.
