Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
For me riding a 100 miles a day up and down hills for 5 days is an extreme challenge – I did it before in 2013 and to be honest I promised myself I’d never do it again!
Last time I started training in March, riding up to 20 miles two or three times a week and the first time I went over 50 miles was on a training ride in May, following this I did do a few longer rides but only actually rode 100 miles (in one go) once before the actual event.
I only finished the ride last time because my very lovely teammates
pushed me mentally, physically and sometime actually most of the way.
This time I’ve decided to organize myself and commit to a proper training schedule, so you should see lots of activity around this on my social media pages.
