Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm going to be facing my fear of heights on April 9th to raise a load of money for Teenage Cancer Trust, by abseiling down the side of the Holiday Inn in Kenilworth. This has been organised by a local chap called Paul Calver, in memory of a young Kenilworth footballer called Milan Patel, who unfortunately died last year from a rare form of bone cancer. For more information about how your donation will help other teenage cancer sufferers in future, have a look at the Teenage Cancer Trust website.
I don't really know why I volunteered to do this, and I am a bit nervous, although nowhere near as frightened as I will be on the day when I step backwards over the parapet at the top of the hotel, with just a thin rope holding me above the car park six storeys below.
Please give generously, as I'd like to raise more than my local MP, who's also doing this abseil, and please share this page with all your friends to encourage them to donate.
