Along with 59 other lunatics - I am running the Scottish Tough Mudder. Everyone is putting their bodies on the line for Make a Wish, which is an amazing charity that grants wishes for children with life threatening illnesses. Please follow us on facebook and give what you can and bring a little joy into a sick child's life.

Before the big day in Scotland I shall be hosting some special events to drum up as many donations as possible. This will include 4 of the guys and I trying to get at least 650 pull-ups in an hour! If you donate on the page please guess a final total number with the closest guess receiving some unbelievable prizes!
