Story

Three Peaks - One Team - 450 miles, climbing over 3000 metres and walking almost 25 miles in one 24-hour period.

In May I will be popping up a mountain, three to be precise, to take part in the National 3 Peaks Challenge. Ben Nevis in Scotland, closely followed by Scaffel Pike in the Lake District with an uphill finale of Snowdonia in Wales.

There is a 50/50 chance it won't go to plan if I'm involved however in aim to raise money for the Rainbow Trust Childrens Charity, every ache and blister will be worth it!

The Rainbow trust supports families across England with children who have a life threatening or terminal illness and need the bespoke support that they offer, supporting 24/7 365 days of the year. Delivering events at work for families in these circumstances, I have had the opportunity to see how the committed and fantastic support that Rainbow give to over 6000 families in the UK really does make such a difference.

Wee folk, good folk,Trooping all together;Green jacket, red cap,And white owl’s feather!
