I think everyone has noticed the steep rise in homeless people in Liverpool recently and it's time for me to do something that will actually make a difference. I'll be running 10k on 1st May to raise money for The Whitechapel Centre who work to help people find a way out of homelessness. 

I'm no runner, I'm pretty much allergic to exercise, but this is an ever worsening issue that I feel strongly about helping. Everyone deserves a roof over their head and a chance to get back on their feet, which is why I've decided to take up the challenge. 

I'm already learning it's not going to be easy going from slob to 10k and I'd really appreciate any donations - no matter how large or small! The best bit is that my work (Uniform) are going to match up to £75 worth. There's a group of us running so there's a chance to make a real difference!
