Story

I currently work for a company called Lawcris Panel Products who over the years have been supporting St Gemma's Hospice by raising money through a number of events. I have worked for Lawcris for nearly two years now and they have given the me opportunity to take part in some fundraising events on their behalf. We have put a team together from Lawcris to take part in a variety of events to help raise money for St Gemma's.

St Gemma's Hospice is a charity that I have had personal experience with when I was younger, as this is where my mum spent a lot time and was looked after brilliantly by everyone involved with the organisation. This is why I would like to give back to the charity by raising money to help them maintain the great work they do. Being able to give them a small amount of money back for all the hard work they put in to help families and patients through tough times would mean a lot to me and your help with this would be appreciated.

Those of you that know me will be aware that running isn't exactly my strongest event! I have not taken part in any running events previously and doing these three runs in the upcoming months will be a challenge for me. I play sport regularly and go to the gym throughout the week but I have never run more than 10k in my life so completing these events will be tough and a big accomplishment for me personally.

Anything you could donate would be greatly appreciated by both myself and the charity. These vital funds will be going to a hard working organisation that deserve all the help they can get from us!

Thank you so much in advance  :)
