As a mentor for The Diana Award, I have been lucky enough to experience the sheer determination and persistence that it's young people have shared with their local communities and schools. They tackle the challenges they experience head on with no question over whether things can be accomplished!

They eliminate fear from their thinking and their classrooms, encouraging others to do the best they can. After spending just a few days with these incredible young people I decided it was time I set myself a challenge and after a LONG time of neglecting my physical health have taken to the gyms and classes of London to get fighting fit and raise £500 for The Diana Award in the process!

20 miles of some of the scariest (and mucky-est) challenges I have seen await me and thousands of others raising money for great causes this May. It will prove to be the biggest physical challenge I have ever participated in and put some of my own fears to the test!
