I know this will be a very tough personal challenge but knowing I have your support will help to drive me on.

On the 2nd of July I will be taking part in a 300 mile bike ride over 24hrs. Starting in Burbage, Leicestershire and finishing in  Newquay.  This is for Keep the Beat who help families with congenital heart defects. Please help me achieve my target to help a great charity and the families affected. I won't let you down.
