On May 7th 2016 I am travelling to Burghley House to complete the 2016 Rat Race Dirty Weekend in aid of the Diana Award. This is a 20 mile obstacle course that covers over 200 obstacles, including boggy trenches, barbed wire crawls and the world's longest monkey bars. 

Judging from the photos from last year as well as the official training plan it is going to be grueling to say the least, however with your help I can use it to raise money for this great cause.
