A fantastic local charity and anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated.  As with all of the team, the costs of my entry are covered personally and therefore every penny donated will be going to straight to PLANETS.

PLANTES is a charity based in Southampton General Hospital, dedicated to defeating Pancreas, Liver And NeuroEndocrine Tumours.  PLANETS raise money to help the hospital provide world-class care for patients in supporting the hospital's pioneering work in treatment, research and education.

The funds raised will go towards bringing an IORT (Intra-Operative Radiotherapy) to Southampton Hospital, enabling patients to receive radiotherapy during their operation to treat cancers that cannot be completely removed or to 'zap' areas that the cancer may come back in.  This will be the first machine in the UK so please sponsor the team and I for this amazing cause.
