CAFOD is an amazing charity that  works at the heart of  communities changing lives ... Malawi, Kenya, Israel, Nicaragua, Peru,Cambodia, everywhere, and with our support the list of projects will keep growing. 

I had the opportunity to see them in action in Colombia, working  with communities, where local authorities could simply not access. CAFOD gave local leaders a chance to have their daily problems taken more personal  and to find effective long term solutions for everyone.

Still lots to  work for around the world ,  I am training  very hard to complete this 26 miles run,  all donations are very welcome , and I thank you all in advance for your generosity...
