CYCLING TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF POVERTY!
In April, alongside 10 other riders, I'll be cycling over 2000km from Hanoi in the North, to Ho Chi Minh City in the South, up mountains and in the tropical heat to help disadvantaged Vietnamese children get an education and a fairer start in life.
During the past year, I've found Vietnam to be fascinating and fast-paced, with a truly remarkable landscape and the most welcoming of people. But, the majority of children of Vietnam experience life in their own country in an entirely different way to me. The disparity between rich and poor is widening; many suffer from chronic malnutrition and do not have access to immunisations or sanitation facilities. Some do not even have a children's picture book to read.
By embarking on this mighty bike ride, I hope YOU will help me improve the access to better living conditions and opportunities for these children by donating whatever you can.
