Our "friend" Ste set a stupid challenge for group of us to run 5k every day in January. It was mostly because he wanted to do it and he knew that if other people were doing it do too he would have to go through with it.

It's going pretty well -  blisters, wind and rain hasn't stopped play yet and we reckon we'll all do it, but mostly out of stubbornness. Who wants to to be the one to stop first? 

If you do believe this is mad-crazy thing to do you might want to sponsor our idiotic behavior and give some money to Mind. Thankfully mental health issues have been getting more press recently but funding in this area is needed to help those suffering.
