This will be my third All-Star Charity Ice Hockey weekend and this year I have the great honour of leading the Breast Cancer Hockey team as captain.

Our aim is to raise as much money for Breast Cancer Care and do our very best against the other teams taking part in the event which will be held in Cardiff's new ice rink on the 30th/31st July.

Breast Cancer is a subject very closer to my heart after the loss of my mother when I was 5 years old. I now want to do all I can to stop others having to go through the pain my family and I did at the hands of this terrible disease.
