This month I'm doing something very small to help the hugely growing problem that is mental health - #REDJanuary | With 1 in 4 of us suffering from a mental health issue at some stage in life, this should not still be a taboo subject. By (R)unning (E)very (D)ay in January I hope to get it into enough minds that this is not a subject we should ignore but one we should be looking to help everyday. It is no secret that exercise releases endorphins so if you can persuade someone you know who is suffering to get outside for just half hour it is a step in the right direction. Look, I'm not a runner, I'm far from it, but it is a challenge to focus my mind and sometimes you just need that little achievement each day. 💪🏽🏃🏽I'm not expecting people to donate, if you do that is wonderful.
