I want to raise money this January to highlight the relationship between alcoholism and mental health. Seven years ago I tragically lost my father to alcohol. My father was the most intelligent, kind and loving person, and not a lot of people would have suspected what was going on behind closed doors. Being the child of an alcoholic is hard, unpredictable and mentally difficult. I spent a lot of time blaming myself both before and after his death. There is a lot of children out there suffering, not knowing who to talk to who are sad and upset. They need support to live , laugh, love and not blame themselves. 

Any support would be greatly appreciated. This is often a hidden concern/problem and many don't get the support they need.
