Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. Mind believes that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone and they provide support to many people in their time of need. 

I've joined 'Run Every Day January' (R.E.D January) to support the brilliant work that Mind do.  I'll be running  varying distances & l'll be sharing my daily run via the RunKeeper app & posts on Instagram/Facebook .
