Okay hey everyone, friends, family, acquaintances, new faces, people I haven't seen or spoken to in about 10 years.. Hi all lol. As some of you may know (because I've been going on about it for ages now) I nominated myself to take part in a fundraiser. On the 7th May 2016 I will be running the worlds biggest obstacle course - The Rat Race Dirty Weekend 2016.

This obstacle course is 20 miles with 200 obstacles including the worlds longest monkey bars (these organisers clearly love world records). I'll be taking part in the half mucker which is 13 miles and 150 obstacles, eek!! Now, I can't gaurentee I will finish it, hell i'm positive I'm gonna die just trying but I will be giving it my all and getting down and dirty for charity. I will be raising funds for The Diana Award - who you know I work for & who do amazing work celebrating young people and providing them with opportunities they wouldn't get elsewhere.
