Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm not expecting people to donate, I've asked too often now I think! Just putting this out there to commit to the cause and motivate me to get out there every January day. I'll be putting £1 in every day plus what I would spend on Christmas cards so don't be offended if you don't get one, it's all for a good cause!

Many I know (including myself) have suffered in different ways with mental health problems and no one understands unless they have been through it themselves, or been close to someone going through it.

Mind are always there for those who need help :)
