I have committed to completing 180 minutes of brain training over the next five weeks (5 minutes a day).  As a team we will complete 18,000 minutes. 

This will not only help decrease my chances of acquiring Alzheimer’s disease, but will also help our team reach our goal of raising $18,000 or more to support the fight against the disease, equating to five weeks of full-time health care for a patient with Alzheimer’s*.
