Myself and a good friend Emily Thomas going to Canicross the whole of the Cotswold Way (102miles), Bath to Chipping Campden, over 5/6 days in May 2016.

We will be funding and providing all our own transport and accommodation (Thanks goes to our Partners Colin & Mark for providing transport), so all money raised will be going to the Charity.

My usual total running distance for a week is about 20 miles, so this will be quite a challenge to build up my running distance and stamina.

Canicross is crosscountry running with dogs. I have 3 Belgian Shepherds that I run with (not always all at the same time).

· Prince 12yr old Groenendael

· Duke 8yr old Tervueren

· Misty 3yr old Malinois

I am hoping that all 3 will be able to join me for parts of the route, Prince being the eldest (refuses to retire), will do the least, but I will always have at least one of the dogs running with me.

I have chosen to support the Macmillan charity for this challenge as I have several friends currently going through or have already been through Cancer treatment.
