13th May. This is my latest update and with an aching heart. Unfortunately my Auntie lost her battle this week to bowel cancer. Please please help me raise monies for this great cause to help others going through this unfortunate disease. I have planned so far 1 10k run on the 29th May, a  5k colour rush run on 11th June and a 10k  wolf run on the 12th June. I will have more planned for later on in the year.

If you can even if it's just a little please sponsor me.

thanks for reading my page.

Karen

I have done 1 wolf run which was very successful, however, after this run I found out my auntie was diagnosed with the disease and would like to do all I can. I will be doing all 4 wolf runs this year to become an alfa.

I hope that you can help me through the year with donations to raise money for this fantastic cause.

Thank you for your help
