Fundraising for Alzheimer's Society
Story
Hi everyone,
Alzheimers affects over 500,000 people in the UK and kills 40,000 people a year. It costs the UK economy £16 billion per year and there is as yet no cure.
My company has committed to support the important work that is done by the Alzheimer's Society UK. I have committed to complete 5 minutes of brain training each a day. As a team we will complete 18,000 minutes. I have set my
fundraising goal to £250,
to increase the impact Exiger Cares will make to the Alzheimer’s
community and I would be very grateful if you could support me by donating to this cause.
This will not only help delay my chances of acquiring Alzheimer’s
disease but will help our team raise $18,000 or more to support the fight
against Alzheimer’s disease. This
equates to five weeks of full-time health aid care for a patient with
Alzheimer’s.
All funds
raised go to support the Alzheimer’s Society in the UK, Alzheimer’s Association of America in the US and the Hong Kong Alzheimer’s Disease
Association.
