When baby nelle passed it hit us all hard as not many people had even heard of sma. When joe mentioned getting a group of lads together to raise £10,000 and raise awareness of sma it was a no brainer to be part of this amazing team. Im taking on the ironman 70.3 staffordshire 2016 which consists of a 1.2mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run.  5 weeks later I take on the one of the hardest full distance IRONMAN events in the world ironman 140.6 which is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and finish with a 26.2 mile run.
