On the 29th October a group of us from the Alan Boswell Group will be walking over hot coals in a Fire Walk at our Head Office in the hope that we can raise lots of money for Break which is our designated charity of the year. 

Apparently we get some training beforehand, though I’m still not sure how that will stop our feet from burning !
