Story
Warren & Lucinda Muschialli share their story:
Cherry Trees is a very special place. We looked long and hard to find a place where our Autistic son Leo could go for respite care and Cherry Trees is truly amazing. The staff and facilities at Cherry Trees are second to none and they provide top line support to children with complex special needs across a number of different spectrums. We feel safe with Leo there and he loves it! Cherry Trees offers families with special needs children a trusted and safe environment which is stimulating and homely with high quality care.
On Saturday September 19th 2015, fourteen of our brave Newtonites will be tackling the fearsome Spartan Race together in order to raise invaluable funds for FIVE fantastic causes:
Cherry Trees provides home from home respite care for children and young people with severe learning and physical disabilities. By providing professional care in a relaxed and caring environment, Cherry Trees is a lifeline for the families of over 100 children and young people who are regularly cared for at the centre. To get just a small idea of what this means to these families and individuals, take a look at the following page on Cherry Trees website: http://www.cherry-trees.co.uk/what-cherry-trees-means-to-us/
Taking place at Ashburnham Place in the rolling countryside of East Sussex, Newton’s group of Spartans will be tackling mud, fire, water, and 15 obstacles that will strike fear into the hearts of many of our valiant first-timers. There will be many challenges, both physical and mental, that confront our team on their path to Spartan victory, a mere taste of which can be experienced in the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2r-tHrhaWg0
Hopefully all of the above is enough to inspire you to make a donation to our two worthy causes, no matter what size, and thanks in advance for all of your support.
Thank you from everyone at Newton Waterproofing Ltd
