Myself and the Pertemps Managed Solutions Team (Simon Julier, Abigail Gill, Lisa Miller (Duncan), Andy Long and Michelle White) are climbing 3 of the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales and will be doing this within 24 hours.  We are prepared to push ourselves to the very limit for this great cause.

The challenge will start at 4am on 1st October in Scotland at Ben Nevis (1,344 metres or 4,409 ft) tallest of the 3. Then we will be driven by our dedicated driver Simon Bedford Blows (another member of the Managed Solutions Team) to Scafell Pike (978 metres or 3, 209 ft), then finally onto Wales to climb the final mountain Snowdon (1,085 metres or 3,560 ft).

I so far have climbed Snowdon 4 times as practice sessions, 1st time with Abigail and Lisa which took 5 hours (Pyg track up and Minors down) and was injured as I feel trying to climb down a waterfall after we took the wrong route to the minors. Then again with Lisa and was blown off my feet by 50mph winds (very scary.. need to put some weights in my boots), however we smashed our time 3 hours 50 mins (Pyg up and down).  Sat 25/7 with Abigail, Lisa, Simon and Andy and we climbed Snowdon twice with only 90 minutes break between climbs, 1st climb took 3 hours and 53 mins (Pyg up and down) and 2nd climb took 5 hours (pyg up and minors down) just under 9 hours of climbing and 15 miles covered and we were still smiling but just about standing at the end.

I hope you will agree this is a very hard challenge and therefore every single penny you can donate would be greatly appreciated as we together need to find a cure for this dreadful diease.
