On 11 October I'll be running a half marathon to raise money for the Hunts Community Cancer Network (HCCN).  

HCCN is a local charity that helps people who are recovering from or living with cancer to take back their lives and plays an active role in managing their health. The charity has a particular resonance because it provided a huge amount of support to a friend's father, Kim Hayes, in the last few months of his life. I'll be completing the Great Eastern Run as one of 90 members of Team Kim, all of whom are fundraising for the same cause.

The money we raise will help HCCN to create an infrastructure to enable people with cancer access to 24-hour care and to be able to communicate with their nursing team in real time. Any support would be hugely appreciated.
