On August 2nd I will ride in the Prudential ride London-Surrey 100. This is because last year a friend of the family took park in the ride, and  sadly lost his life at Newlands corner. I am trying to raise money in memory of Kris Cook  for the Surrey Air Ambulance who attended Kris in his final hours. I am currently studying to become a Paramedic and have seen first hand the amazing work that the air ambulance does in our area, and wish to support this life saving service. I am proud to be cycling as part of team Kris Cook. Thank-you for your support and if you can not sponsor me please come along to the route and cheer on all the riders cycling for their individual charities.
