I am riding the Prudential for teamLCC, London cycling campaign is a charity that's improves the safety of cyclists in London. 

If thats not enough! The following sunday I will be riding the Rise Above Sportive which is a further 114 miles. I know most of you hate cyclists but I would be very grateful for any support given.
