We're a group of sailors from the ybw.com forum who are riding from Penton Hook Marina just outside London to Southampton, both MDL marinas, who have offered great support.

We're doing it after fellow forumite Gary, had a heart scare, and consequent great support from BHF, as well as a number if personal stories of heart problems in our families.

Some of use cycle a lot, but a few have barely cycled before, and have worked incredibly hard to prepare themselves.... please jyst donate a small amount if that is all you can afford... its for a great cause, and a lot of people have worked really hard to both make this happen and to prep tyemselves for the challenge.
