I have come up with my own cunning plan to support Alzheimer’s Society which is the chosen charity for Peldon Rose in 2015.

I am using the brief window between the completion of projects to head over to Cork in Ireland for a long weekend. Whilst there I will be taking part in not one but two stupidly tough events to help raise funds for a great cause.

Saturday 31st May, I am rowing 15 miles from Cobh to Cork in the 'Ocean to City' race

Monday 1st June, I am running the Cork Marathon
