Those of you who know me will be aware of my lifelong aversion to Lycra and let's be honest my somewhat dismissive view of cycling. However, to many people's astonishment, including my own, I'm embarking on a journey of 300 miles from London to Paris over four days in aid of Cancer Research. Myself and four colleagues are hoping to raise in excess of £7.5k for various charities and I hope you will be able to find some  in sponsorship. 

The dates are the 16/9 to 20/9 and I'm in week 4 of a 20 week programme.. Obviously I will provide photographic evidence of me completing the event before launching my new bike into the Seine and heading off to drink Paris dry.
