From the 10th to the 13th of July I and 100 of my colleagues from Saint-Gobain will be pushing our bodies to the limits. Riding from London to Blois, in the Loire Valley, France. Celebrating the Group's 350th anniversary (http://www.saint-gobain.co.uk/saint-gobain-350-years/) and raising vital funds for our chosen charity Macmillan Cancer Support.

We will be cycling more than 100 miles per day for 4 days which will be no mean feat. A real challenge that I have been training hard for and with your support it will inspire me get to the finish line in France!
