As you may well know, I have been a lifelong metal fan and have been known to do various runs, triathlons and bike rides for charity. Heavy Metal Truants is an organization that combines all these things, and it turns out I will be in the UK for this year's ride. 

So beginning on the 10th June, I'll be riding 161 miles northward from London to Donington Download Festival to raise money for Nordoff Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust, and Childline!
