Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Neither of us have been on a proper bike ride before so this promises to be both an exhilerating and excruciatingly painful challenge!  

The ascent is a mere 18,500ft up the pennines from Chatsworth in Derbyshire, overnighting in Aysgarth Falls and across to Ampleforth Abbey the following day - 100 miles per day.

We are supporting our friends Joe and Vivian Mycielski raise the Bruno Fund to enable disadvantaged children to attend Ampleforth.

"When Bruno died we wanted to ensure a lasting tribute to him, we wanted to do something positive.  The fund (aims)...to raise £600,000 for a bursary...to help and support the most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people whose lives could change forever as a result of the education that such a bursary at Ampleforth would provide"
