Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I can’t say no, when it comes to charity, and I find it even more difficult to say no to a challenge… “We are constituted so that simple acts of kindness, such as giving to charity or expressing gratitude, have a positive effect on our long-term moods. The key to the happy life, it seems, is the good life: a life with sustained relationships, challenging work, and connections to community.” … But In the words of Paul Bloom, I guess that makes me happy!
Volunteering takes up a fair amount of my free-time, but with my will power and can-do attitude, I always want to do more and more, and help as many people as possible. The huge contrast between working in the office, helping and spending time with the autistic young people and getting out on my bike, enjoying the fresh air & the Tunbridge Wells scenery surges my motivation and cheerful attitude. I am really looking forward to taking the London to Paris Bike Ride, raising money for such a fantastic cause, sharing stories with colleagues while waving the Kings Hill Office Flag! I know that my friends and colleagues in Kings Hill will help me in raising as many funds as we can!
