200 miles in 2 days is a hard ride for anybody and especially the old and knackered. I am doing it anyway. The aim is to raise money for a great charity set up in the name of a little boy who died tragically young. It provides fantastic educational opportunities to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Cough up!
