On the 8th August 2015 through the place I have gained from TSB, I will be taking part in the London Triathlon and the TSB challenge #beattheboss. This involves Swimming 750m, cycling 20km and running 5km. 

I am raising money for Muscular Dystrophy UK (http://www.musculardystrophyuk.org) in memory of my friend Mark Selley. Mark was always a great source of fun, laughs and a real inspiration. He didn't let his disability stop him, especially at beating me on FIFA. I miss Mark a great deal and I hope that by raising money it will help to treat and perhaps one day find a way to cure muscular dystrophy.

Your donation will go towards the care and support of those with muscular dystrophy and their families. My hope is that it could be the difference in prolonging somebodies life and giving them a bit longer with those they love.
