Val Civico is a beautiful friend of mine, a few years ago she was diagnosed with Parkinsons, simultaneously Peter her husband was diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia. We are putting on events to raise money for both Parkinsons & Dementia in order to improve research in to both illnesses & provide carers for those who need extra help. I'm ridiculously proud of Val for everything she does, she is strong beyond belief, I'd be grateful if you could spread the word. In January 2015 we put on a concert in Sheffield & raised £5,000 to be split between each charity, in October 2015 we held a second concert raising another £5,000. Along side these concerts I'm doing various charity runs/events to continue raising money, in October 2015 I ran a 10km obstacle course and in September 2016 I'll be doing the same again! I also did a 5km colour run in July and a 10km race for life run in Nottingham, June 2016 for Cancer. Keep supporting!
