wow I'm overwhelmed with the support we have recieved and thank you to all my very generous friends who continue to support this event. training been hard since the triathlon last week. work hours getting in the way. so this final few days training and lots of carbs is going to make all the difference. keepin on keepin on KG
I can't say how grateful I am for everyone who has given a donation so far. training for a triathlon and this simultaneously is challenging as is managing long hours so I'm doing what can. cycling running swimming and hand cycling when I can and relying on my stubbornness and determination. last 3 weeks now so will be giving it all I can not to let everyone down.
Jay is planning a monumental 14 day cycle challenge across the States in September 2015. He want to make everybody aware of his Regimental Charity, Friends of The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment.
This charity paid for his life changing surgery recently in Australia enabling him to walk after loosing his legs during military service. Some of you may have seen him on the news and at the Crawley Lumpini Martial Arts gym, pretty amazing.
He wishes to give back to the Charity who enabled this to happen.
I am happy to support the start of this epic fundraising journey. Giving back is a bit of a reoccurring theme in my life and this is just another chapter.
