I freely admit I agreed to do this challenge during a rather good dinner with perhaps too much wine down in London.

Waking the next day I started to think just what I had agreed to do and warmed to the challenge, sometimes in life you just have to do these things.  The opportunity to raise some money for a very worthy charity the Primrose Hospice, is a great bonus, the nurses based there helped look after my mother as she suffered with terminal Cancer.  The Primrose Hospice also have a lottery on which we have had more than one win so its time to put something back in their pot and support the great work they do.

I have the support of my colleagues from CMS SupaTrak that will be with me along the way (driving not cycling and providing backup service with two minibuses supplied by the teams sponsors)
